First of all human rights welfare trust


The aims and objects of the trust are as under:


·       To establish free dispensaries, maternity homes, dialysis centers, physiotherapy centers, hospitals and modern diagnostic laboratories.
·       To establish employment centers in order to reduce the rate of un-employment.
·       To work for the welfare of all mankind.
·       To fight against illiteracy by way to establishing educational institutes.
·       To provide medical facilities to all mankind by way of establishing dispensaries, hospitals, and free medical aid camp.
·       To provide financial help to the deserving persons such as poor persons and widows.
·       To make arrangements for marriages and provide help to find life partners, to all mankind.
·       To make arrangement for the marriages of deserving girls.
·       To take practical steps to eliminate unemployment and reduce poverty.
·       To provide free coffin and make funeral arrangements for the deserving persons.
·       To provide services of ambulances and coffin buses.
·       To establish research institutes of health and medicine, first aid and nursing training centers and medical and dental educational institutes.
·       To organize school health programs medical camps environment awareness programs, seminars, conferences, symposiums, walks, meal and exhibitions, price scheme and charity shows etc.
·       To establish awards for good and exemplary performance in different fields of social life.
·       To establish special educational and recreation centers for working children.
·       To establish libraries and reading room and other modern cyber centers for information technology.
·       To finance, establish, aid, manage and undertake the editing, compiling, printing, publishing and distribution of leaflets, booklets, magazines, periodicals, journals, newspapers and any other form of publication dealing with any of the objects of the trust.
·       To protect, promote, and develop any cause in the interest of human rights.
·       To fight against crime, corruption, rape and other abuse and sexual harassment to girls and children.
·       To endeavor to help morally financially to poor, orphans, widows and special persons and to patronize poets, writers, performing artists and players etc.
·       To promote unity, fraternity, patriotism, love brotherhood, harmony in Pakistan and to strengthen the sense of mutual help and to establish inoculates and maintain high ethical standards.
·       To establish branches and sub committees in any city in Pakistan and also abroad and delegate or withdraw powers form then as deem fit and proper in circumstances.
·       To make representation to and seek reorganization from local, provincial and federal authorities on any matter affecting the objects of the trust.
·       To cooperate with any other company, agency, fund, trust, club, society, institution, organization, association and individual engaged in and concerned with trust activities.
·       To negotiate and execute agreements and contracts with individual or organization, government departments or international institutions for the promotions and achievements of the objects of the trust.
·       To receive and accept subscription gifts, donations grants, aids, contribution, endowments, bequest and other assistance.
·       To raise, establish and maintain funds, prosperities and assets by subscription and contribution by receiving and accepting gifts, grants, aids, donations, benefactions and other means.
·       To take such steps by personal or written appeals, public meeting or otherwise as may form time to time be deemed appropriate for the purpose of raising funds and money.
·       To borrow and raise money, which may be required for serving the objects of the trust on such terms and on such security as may be through appropriate.
·       To grant any rights and privileges to subscribes, donors or contributors as may be deemed appropriate.
·       To create / provide for reserves, insurance; depreciation and provident fund out of the funds of the trust.
·       To purchase, take on lease, exchange, hire or otherwise acquire or hold any movable or immovable property and any rights, interest or privilege of the trust.
·       To build, construct, alter and maintain buildings or erections and to provide the same with all proper and necessary fillings, fixtures, furniture, apparatus, appliances, conveniences and accommodations.
·       To purchase or otherwise acquire and undertake all or any part of property, assets, liabilities, and engagements, of any one or more of the entities with which the trust is authorized to amalgamate.
·       To improve, manage, develop, sell, lease, rent out, gift away, change, mortgage, dispose of or otherwise deal with all or any part of any movable or immovable property rights, funds and assets of the trust for serving any of its objects.
·       To draw, make, accepts, indorse, discount, executes and issue checks, promissory notes, bills of exchange, bills of lading warrants, drafts, bands, debentures and other negotiable or transferable instruments.
·       To suggest, promote or oppose legislative and other measures bearing upon any aspects of human rights and welfare and to obtain changes and improvements in the law and bye laws that may be determent of the objects of the trust.
·       To do all such acts, matters, deeds or things as are incidental or conductive to the attainment of any or all of the objects of the trust.
